Our desire is to provide professional Christian counseling at an affordable level to the Triad community. Fees are based on a sliding scale depending on the clients income, and fee arrangements are typically determined during the first session. In special circumstances, and on a case by case basis, additional scholarships may be available to reduce the fee to a manageable level*.

At this time, we do not accept insurance because the cost of processing the paperwork would no longer allow us to have a scholarship/sliding scale program. Also, by not filing with insurance your care and counseling remains under your control and direction. Clients are more than welcome to file with their own insurance company. We will provide receipts acceptable to insurance companies that the client can file with his/her own insurance provider. We realize that for some our decision to not list with insurance providers will create an inconvenience and for that we apologize.

Payment is due at the beginning of each session, and checks should be made payable to Hope Counseling Center. At this time, we do not accept credit or debit cards as a method of payment.
