This website is a multifunctional site that allows you to register for events and classes, has a complete directory of our members and visitors, lets you communicate with your small group community or any other ministry team you are on. You are also able to update your family’s profile and keep your information current (without having to tell anyone to change it for you)
You will be asked for your Userid and Password. If you have NOT visited the portal before, your initial log on will be your full name (not nickname), all lower case-no space. (i.e.: denisefinley)
a) This will be the same for your user name AND password.
b) Once you log in, you will be at the home page.
c) If you have any problems trying to Login to the portal: first click on the “Problems getting into the Portal” link under the login box and review the instructions there. If this does not resolve your problem then click on the “Help” button in the top right corner of the portal. Complete the form with a description of your problem and Click on the Send button to submit the Help request. A tech support person will attempt to resolve your problem via email. If necessary they may ask for a phone number to contact you for support.
Once you get logged into the portal there are several tabs across the top, so familiarize yourself and explore.
a) The first place you should go is to “My Profile”. Once you click and enter, to the left you will see “change password”. Click and change your password to something you will remember.
b) Next click on your name (on the left also), and your whole profile will come up. Update with as much info as you can. When finished, scroll to bottom and click “update”.
*PLEASE make sure that you fill in the area called security settings in your profile. This will help to reset your password in case you forget what it is. Click on drop down box and select a question, answer in next box down.
Also, remember when you update “your” profile it is for you and no one else in the family. Each person has his or her own profile, as some information is different for each person.
